QR Crew Academy is an educational preparation platform designed to help candidates prepare for UAE airlines cabin crew recruitment. We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what information we collect and how it is handled.

No account is required to use the core features of the app. You can browse modules, take quizzes, and use study tools without creating an account or providing any personal information.

2. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data, and only what is necessary to provide and improve the app experience:

• Quiz scores and progress — stored locally on your device to track your learning progress across sessions.
• App preferences — your selected theme (light/dark), bookmark settings, and other preferences stored locally.
• Usage analytics — anonymous interaction data to help us improve the app (if you consent via the app settings).

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., by contacting us).

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services — required for Android app distribution and in-app updates.
• Google AdMob — used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Cloudflare — our web app is served through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses for security and performance optimization.
• Hostinger — our hosting provider for the web application.

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.

4. Data Storage

All user progress data is stored locally on your device:

• Android app: Data is stored in local app storage and can be cleared at any time via Android Settings → Apps → QR Crew Academy → Clear Data.
• Web app: Data is stored in your browser's localStorage. You can clear it via your browser settings → Clear Site Data for qrcrewacademy.com.

We do not send your personal data to our servers unless you explicitly create an account and opt into cloud sync features.

5. Children's Privacy

QR Crew Academy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
